My first public speaking experience . . .

I believe this was my first public speaking experience.  I was literally bringing the "J" in Joy during the annual Children's Christmas Program in the early 80's at the Somerset United Methodist Church. My prop was a cardboard "J" wrapped in aluminum foil.  My wardrobe was a handmade Christmas dress with stylish? brown shoes.  My co-stars were my sister with the "O" and my cousin Jamie with the "Y" and the microphone.
