"Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous"

“Coincidence is God's way of remaining anonymous.”

A few years ago we were featured in the Ohio Farmer with another young couple and the beginning of our families and getting started farming.  We didn't even know them, except for reading about them in this article.

A child each later, Jake and Lane signed up to be in the first class of AgriPower through the Ohio Farm Bureau. They had a wonderful time and became friends and would talk occasionally on the phone.

Last night Lane and his brother (who neither of us remember meeting at Ohio State but we apparently graduated together) were traveling back from Pennsylvania with some irrigation pipe, when their truck broke down.  The tow truck driver at 11PM last night dropped their truck at the Ford Dealership at our exit and dropped them at the 24 hour McDonalds (that happened to be closed last night only).  They ended up standing all night at the gas station.  At 8AM this morning he called Jake when someone informed him that he was at our exit.  Jake went and picked them up and they took a nap in our living room and ate lunch with us and then the dealership called and they were on their way.

It was great to see them and catch up.
