The Hankering - Completed

It has been a long time ago since I mentioned the hankering to make this baby quilt.  I finally finished.  It has been a challenge.  This is the first quilt that I have made from start to finish.  Not one other person has made a stitch in it.  Well I may have let Jaelin push the pedal on the machine a couple times.  I learned a lot! The quilting process on the machine was more challenging than I expected. I had to leave it a few times in anger.  There are a few mistakes - but it was made with love! It goes in the mail tomorrow to a fellow beef producer, I hope she likes it.

    1. I just get images off google and trace them on fabric with iron on on it. I cut them out by hand and then applique. My friend Jennifer (www.sewitsmidnightmama.blogspot.com) taught me. She is very talented and an elementary teacher - so she is good at teaching me ;).
