For those of you who have been asking for pictures of the scenery from our new place. This picture says it all.
Here are the numbers. This morning at 7AM, 11 trucks pulled into Morristown, Ohio after making the 2100 mile trip from Baab, Montana. The 430 cows did make 1 stop outside of Des Moines Iowa for hay and water. In order to get ready for the cows to arrive the guys spent 21/2 days building 8 miles of fence 1 county north of here.
I did get a short glance of the cows when I went to town to get the girls from school. You have to wonder what cows think of their new environment. You know the things that are important to cows; the texture of the grass, the taste of the water, the temperature, the difference in elevation and the distance to water. If you consider all of those things, I think they'll like eastern Ohio.
Can I just come work for you the rest of my life
