A Special Poorman Christmas

Since grandma is gone, who will get us all together for holiday events? At the last minute on Tuesday my cousin Jamie and I were sending mass texts to try to get everyone together for a Poorman Christmas.  By Wednesday we had conformation that everyone would be able to make it.  This would be unheard of, besides the funeral I can't think of the last time that we were able to get together. We decided the Poorman Farm's Shop that is heated would be the perfect place and pizza would be the perfect meal.  By mid week I realized that the date we had chosen would have been Grandma Poorman's 85th birthday.

Jamie and I had discussed before trying to gather up some of the blankets and other crafts that she had previously made to sell at craft shows and make it one last Christmas from grandma.  Jamie was able to recover the crafts and wrap something for everyone.  Here are some of the last gifts from Grandma Poorman.

Dad and Uncle John received matching John Deere pillows.
