My father-in-law planted oats in Central Ohio back in August after he took the wheat off and is now reaping the benefits. He has turned his cows out and is grazing as he is harvesting crops. Robert was one of the first people in central Ohio using oats as a grazing strategy. He has flown on oats into standing corn, he has stripped grazed them. Some of his crops have turned out better than others, but oats have been a large benefit to his beef operation.
